Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Doug Takeuchi grew up in the San Jose area and graduated from Leigh High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Dr. Takeuchi received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the same institution. He has received several awards of recognition in the dental field including honors from the American College of Dentists and the Quintessence Award for Outstanding Achievement in Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Takeuchi has been married to Ellen since 1994 and they have two teenage children. He enjoys skiing and scuba diving, and is proud to serve the community where he grew up.
